"HM008 Themes and Applications is a class which involves students investigating existing restaurant concepts and requires them to devise new concepts likely to be transferable to the marketplace.
Students combine creativity, their existing knowledge and experience, along with the disciplines delivered in class to bring new ideas to reality. The class covers creative thinking, marketing, operational planning, cost control and quality assurance and better prepare students for the challenges they will encounter within the food and beverage industry.
As you will see from the photos it can also be quite good fun!" - Mr. Gareth Currie, Senior Lecturer in Food and Beverage Studies
